 Re-Creation Summer Camp

This was the last day of camp. We started out with all the campers, counselors, and parents meeting in the auditorium for an introduction to the teams and an awards ceremony. We then saw a slide show of the highlights of the week. This slide show is available on-line. See below.

A blast from the Past!

You can now view the movie that was made for Re-Creation '96, Vacation in the Orient. This 15 minute movie was shot on 16mm Ektachrome film with a Krasnagorsk K-3 camera and edited right at camp. It premiered the last day of camp. Two qualities of this movie are available. A lower quality version can be played right away using a 28.8K modem. A higher quality version can be played right away using a 56K modem or downloaded using any modem.

Closing Mass

After the slide show, we when went to the gym for a final and tearful closing mass. Click on a thumbnail to open a window with a larger version of the picture. Close the window to return to these thumbnails.

 

 

   

 

Respite from Respite Care

After the campers have gone home but before most of the Marywood was cleaned up, many counselors met at a local restaurant for a festive lunch and relaxation.
